"I called Legacy Garage door to come out and install a new garage door; since it was damaged. Matt came out and replaced my garage door and motor and I can?t tell you enough how AWESOME and professional Matt is! I had him also replace the motor on my other garage door while he was here. Great guy, great company. I would recommend Legacy to everyone. Ask for Matt!"

"A1 was very professional and charged a fair price to repair our garage door. I felt the repairman was quick and presented us with all of our options before moving forward."

"Very satisfied with their work - they did a beautiful job! Joel and his assistant, Chuck, installed 2 new garage doors as well as 2 garage door openers (this house had never had garage door openers). Joel went over all of our options regarding repairing our old doors versus getting new ones as well as the range of garage door opener options. Communications were great from start to finish, from fine tuning the options on our quote, to scheduling the install. They arrived promptly, the install was done in the time predicted (about 5 hours), followed by a thorough clean up and post install instruction re: features of the openers. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent Customer Service and Garage Door Installation."

"Austin of Pro Garage and Gates did an excellent job on replacing my garage door that was damaged during a recent storm. He responded quickly and completed the install on time for a reasonable price. I was impressed with his workmanship and attention to details. Some items stored in my garage had to be moved to give him access and he put everything back exactly as it was. I highly recommend PGG!"

"I used a coupon provided by Angie's list and prepaid the initial work to replace the springs.  The first thing the technician did upon arriving was the 23 Point Safety Inspection that was included in the work purchased.  He recommended additional work that could be done and the benefits they would provide.  We decided to have the wheel rollers replaced and were quoted a price. The technician did quality work and completed it quickly.  The garage door is working again and is much quieter than before the springs and wheel rollers were replaced.

When we received the bill for the extra work it was a little higher than expected.  A quick call to customer service revealed what had happened and they immediately credited back the difference.  I was pleased with how they handled this.

"Vendor contacted us very quickly and requested some basic information like door dimensions and photo. A quote was given online. Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. We have already recommended the vendor to friends."
