His prices are fair and he does great work, from something as simple as replacing a switch or a thermostat, to changing out fixtures, and cutting out and installing recessed lighting. He was very patient with my perfectionism in determining the correct placement of the ceiling lights and had all of the necessary tools to get it done right. He assembled and mounted 2 large TVs on the wall including installing the outlets, and made sure it was centered perfectly. It feels good knowing that I have someone I can count on for all my future electrical and lighting projects that will see my vision and make it a reality. (Shout out for the Ecobee that I found much easier better for our purposes.) Juan was never hesitant to help when I called many times struggling with the Nest. (I ultimately returned the Nest but it might work great for a lot of other people) Having functioning AC and Heat is vital to our business and Juan is a very reliable piece of that puzzle.
