I asked that the heater be replaced instead of cobbling the electronics together on an out of warranty tank. I greatly appreciate what he did for me. On time in all the appointments before installation and was helpful in recommending a local business for a non HVAC issue I needed assistance with. I've had the new furnace for about a month now and notice a huge difference in the comfort of my home. The new thermostat allows me to set different temperatures for every day of the week at different times if needed, and very easy to program.
