"I was happy with them, but the shut off valve was leaking, I am not sure if it was leaking before or after he left but it cost me a lot of money to get fixed. The time was good, they were here about 2 hours."

"I believe Abacus is on the upper end of the price range overall. They do good work, but you will pay for their warranty and reputation. The water heater we purchased from Abacus was significantly overpriced, compared to the same water heater online. But when you need a water heater, you need a water heater."
