They stayed within our budget, designed an incredible new floor plan, media area, kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom. The subcontractors were all on time and did excellent work. We were kept informed every day of the progress made and were involved in decisions along the way. We never felt pressured to extend above the budget. Dennis does not take shortcuts, the quality is meticulous."

In addition to work mentioned above, he removed deck boards close to house prior to demolition company, took down an old satellite dish and all cables, took down a child "climbing wall" in bedroom, took down old blinds from 5 windows, repaired the garden gate and other miscellaneous tasks. "We hired Millennium Specialties to paint the exterior of our house and shed. They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Their work crew was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and responsive to our concerns. They are highly skilled and their work shows it. Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. Dave Jackson and John Shields who managed our project, were easy to contact, always returned our calls promptly, and resolved concerns in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this company. They really do stellar work"

"In our new house, there was a large (20ft by 25ft) bonus room that wasn't very useful. In early 2018, we wanted to convert it into a bedroom, a bathroom and a small study. We solicited quotes from three contractors, including Superior Building Concepts. When Stan arrived, he looked around, took some notes, asked a couple of questions, and left - the whole thing took 5-10min. We were wondering if he was really that interested in the project... but when the three quotes came in, his was in the middle, but was by far the most detailed, with everything broken up into line items. And, it was thought out better than the other two - in spite of him spending only 5-10min at the house. So, we signed up with Stan to get the work done. The work itself included framing for the new walls/doors, plumbing for the bathroom, installing tile, marble countertop, custom cabinetry, bathtub, new windows (for egress), insulation work, painting, new lighting etc. Multiple adjustments to the plan were made to accommodate our preferences - Stan was very flexible in changing the plan, gave us new adjusted quotes for everything. I've attached some pictures - two of them are of the original bonus room, and the rest are the bedroom/bathroom/study after the work was done. Overall, Stan's quiet competence, work ethic, honesty, flexibility and professionalism were incredible - this was the best contractor experience we've ever had. Since then, Stan has become our go-to general contractor for everything, and we've recommended him to family/friends ever since. (I'll write another review on the deck replacement Stan did.) We would recommend Stan for any contractor work without reservations."

"Val and his crew did EXCEPTIONAL WORK! They removed entire outside wall siding (including window), Installed new window, and siding, trimmed and painted everything. They installed new roof/gutter flashing and brought all up to code. Inside of house, replaced and repaired drywall, and matched old paint perfectly.
