"Kevin and Ricky called 30 minutes before they were due to be at my house to let me know they would be 15 minutes late. When they arrived they were very profession and began examining the wall behind where the dishwasher was. They did testing for moisture and mold and determined that they did not observe black mold or dry rot. They said the "black" was dead mold and explained how I could have determined if it were indeed black mold. They recommended that I obtain some microbial treatment spray and told me exactly what to do to treat the area. They also suggested I get some Kilz paint for bath and kitchen and paint the area after I completed treatment. When I explained that the dishwasher installers would not complete the installation until the treatment was complete, they gave me their card and said to have the installers call them if there were any questions. While they didn't provide any services other than the testing, they provided a lot of information and peace of mind. They literally saved me from hiring a different contractor that would probably have cost me $70,000 to $90,000, based upon what that contractor told me would need to be done. These guys were great and I would highly recommend Armored Restoration!"

"This was our first experience with severe water damage to our oak hardwood floors. We did not realize what would be involved to mitigate the problem. From the very beginning of the process we were treated with the utmost of professionalism. We felt confident that the work would be done with excellence because of the vast experience of RECLAIM of Washington. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions every step of the way. They were accommodating to our desires to maintain normal living as much as possible. Because we had to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic during the time of mitigation, extra care was taken by the workers to ensure our protection. Because the restoration phase of the process could not proceed immediately following the mitigation because it was not an emergency, we were provided with a temporary kitchen countertop, sink and running water. All our necessary appliances were returned so that we could use them until our hardwood floor, cabinets and countertops could be restored. Our kitchen contents and furniture from other areas damaged by the water were safely stored in a container on site. Our cabinets and belongings that were not moved into the container were carefully protected from dust or dirt from the mitigation. During the entire process there was exceptional communication and sensitivity to our needs. Fears of possible mold problem in the future were relieved by the thorough treatment and drying process that was performed. We are completely confident in this company and would recommend them to anyone with a water damage claim."
