"I was cleaning our shower and had removed the drain cover for cleaning. I knocked one of the plastic shower hooks used to hold a hair cap off the wall and it went down into the drain. After attempting to hook it with a coat hanger wire, I called Winkles. The receptionist took my information and said one of their plumbers would call. I received a call within 3 minutes. Amazingly, the plumber said he would be right over. They were there within another 10 minutes. They used the drain "snake" and confirmed that the plastic hook had gone completely down into the big drain and would cause no further problems. The 'snake' brought out a huge accumulation of hair, which the plumbers promptly bagged up in a garbage bag and tied for me to dispose of. They then charged me only $85.00 even though the normal cost is $125.00 for a visit. Wow, what prompt service. I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing. 5 STARS!

"To my surprise, Bill came out the same day I submitted a request for an estimate. He and his helper, (sorry I can't provide his name,) went to work promptly and opened my kitchen sink drain. Bill verified the flow of wastewater was fully restored by opening the main drain to observe the amount of water coming through the main wastewater line until the gunk in the line cleared out. excellent service, excellent results."

"Matt was very responsive to my call and worked me into his schedule. He diagnosed the problem and advised we would have to dig down to the main water line entering the house. He quoted a price for the full job and also gave me a price if I hand dug it myself. I chose the latter and it worked out great. He arrived back the next day and fixed the broken copper pipe. "Other than install issues, quite well.  David and Krista Brewster are both very professional business owners.  Their product is excellent and in general their installers are quite good, however getting the installers to understand how you want an install done seemed problematic. I wanted ALL lines installed behind new kitchen cabinets as I believed ALL equipment was going to fit in mechanical closet.  Did not learn of half of equipment was going to be installed under the sink and additional lines needed to be laid INSIDE the cabinets drilling holes in cabinet sides and supply lines exposed at the back of the cabinets.  There were several phone call made to the owner and his install manager by me and my finish carpenter to make doubly sure the lines were all in so cabinets could be fitted to their final positions.  Installers came in early to install drain line before the cabinets went in and did a great job.  They were asked then if any additional lines needed to be installed and the answer was always "no".  When asked why they didn't install the filtered water lines at the same time, they said "no one told us to."  As of this writing, awaiting an adjustment from David Brewster for the problem. Will update when all is done.

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

They uncovered the tank, filled it for inspection, inspected it and the back-flow preventer, located the field lines, and pumped the tank. They provided a field-written report with a site sketch showing the location, along with a discussion of the issues found and recommendations."

"I looked on Angi.com for a licensed plumber who could install drain pipes to the existing septic as well as hooking the county water to my existing manufactured home's plumbing. I was given the name of ProPipe Plumbing, LLC, by Home Advisor within the hour. Connor from Pro Pipe called me soon afterward. He was polite and ready and willing to travel to my manufactured home about 25 minutes outside Oneida. I met with him and instantly liked him and trusted him. He was able to put me on his schedule within 2 days. He had advised me to install a PSR and a Thermal Expansion tank on my hot water heater so I did. He stayed to make sure nothing leaked throughout the home before he left."

Daniel first came to provide an estimate.  When I decided on using his service and I took the deal, we met to draw up the contract.  He came out the day prior to the scheduled work to take the screen door for repair.  He then came out with two workers for Part 1 on 20 Dec 2013.  He was training them at the time.  When we found the water line leak and while his two men were working on the shutters, he dug a small trench to divert the water from the house until we could get the water company out.  He used several large bolts to secure the mailbox.  He had the screen door repaired at a local hardware store and was able to pick it up and re-install it on 26 Dec 2013.   He then called on 31 Dec 2013 to make sure everything had gone OK.  We still have to schedule the power washing and staining of the handicap ramp.  We are waiting for warmer weather.  All workers were polite and professional.  Daniel went out of the way to be helpful!
