Brian was on time, personable, and obviously experienced since he installed my Wifi thermostat when three other places I called either blew me off or would not do a wifi installation. Also, a very nice handyman who did other work for me tried to install it but could not make it work. Sok I was worried he would encounter problems, but he did the installation quickly, noting that he did not need the jumper provided by Ecobee since the furnace installer had left a fifth wire he could use. (So, he obviously knew what he was doing). He provided me with the code from the thermostat so I could set it up on my phone app. AND...he did all of this remotely while I was in a another state! Finally, what he wanted to charge was only the standard fee I would expect for an HVAC home visit. I could hardly believe it. You better believe his number is saved in my home for any future HVAC needs. Fantastic!"

"Receptionists and sales staff that actually call you back and try to get in touch with you is a rare thing in this day of overwhelmed housing remodels and construction. 5 stars just for that. The sales consultant showed up (early) and had a quote built quickly. Again, surprisingly they had an installation technician available for the installation the same afternoon. He was professional and pleasant. Warranty and purchase documentation was emailed as promised immediately after the installation. On a side note but not inconsequential, my detached unfinished/uninsulated garage is MUCH cooler on sunny days with the exhaust fan."

He walked me through each installation to be sure I was happy with the install and knew how to work each fan. I also appreciated that he offered suggestions as to what made the most sense. I was especially impressed with their electrical knowledge and ability to handle a complicated panel installation at my house. While installing the new panel, I happened to mentioned that I didn't have an exterior plug for my Christmas lights and they were able to install one exactly where I wanted it without any damage to the exterior of my house. There were a few other handyman issues around my house that they either had someone come out and take care of themselves or referred me to another capable company, which was extremely helpful considering I don't have a lot of time to research contractors. I am looking to get a Tesla in the near future and will absolutely be hiring Western Sunset to install the charger in my garage.
