"I hired JVEC because I liked their quote for approximate time needed for the job (approx. 2 hours or less), plus they quoted a good price per hour (discounted for Angi customers) rather than price per outlet and light fixture replacement. JVEC said they would be at the house between 9 and 10 a.m., Jack arrived @9:30. He and then Logan verified what jobs I wanted taken care of and whether I had the outlets and faceplates to install, which I did. Jack started with the outlets in the kitchen while Logan started in the dining room with a non-working outlet. Some of the outlets needed a little adjusting for size opening in the wall to fit the GFCI outlets better. After the outlets were finished both gentlemen worked on carefully taking down the great-grandparent's light fixture (about 25# in weight) and replacing with the newer fixture which came with the house. We got bulbs to put in the light and it worked fine, plus the outlets are now safer and more code compliant. It was a little less than 2 hours total time for the job, a great estimate. Jack and Logan were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They worked well together and didn't mind chatting with us during the work. I would hire these people again in a heartbeat!!"

"This was the perfect contractor experience. Brian was on time, personable, and obviously experienced since he installed my Wifi thermostat when three other places I called either blew me off or would not do a wifi installation. Also, a very nice handyman who did other work for me tried to install it but could not make it work. Sok I was worried he would encounter problems, but he did the installation quickly, noting that he did not need the jumper provided by Ecobee since the furnace installer had left a fifth wire he could use. (So, he obviously knew what he was doing). He provided me with the code from the thermostat so I could set it up on my phone app. AND...he did all of this remotely while I was in a another state! Finally, what he wanted to charge was only the standard fee I would expect for an HVAC home visit. I could hardly believe it. You better believe his number is saved in my home for any future HVAC needs. Fantastic!"

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bill and Josh were great to work with. They were extremely responsive, professional, and accommodating. I was especially impressed with their electrical knowledge and ability to handle a complicated panel installation at my house. While installing the new panel, I happened to mentioned that I didn't have an exterior plug for my Christmas lights and they were able to install one exactly where I wanted it without any damage to the exterior of my house. There were a few other handyman issues around my house that they either had someone come out and take care of themselves or referred me to another capable company, which was extremely helpful considering I don't have a lot of time to research contractors. I am looking to get a Tesla in the near future and will absolutely be hiring Western Sunset to install the charger in my garage.
