"Very professional install team of technicians. My main contact was Cole and he is very prompt in answering all my questions and concerns. On time in all the appointments before installation and was helpful in recommending a local business for a non HVAC issue I needed assistance with. I know that Lennox is a quality product and I'm very pleased so far. Tom and another technician(apologize for forgetting his name) were both friendly and professional during the installation. I've had the new furnace for about a month now and notice a huge difference in the comfort of my home. The new thermostat allows me to set different temperatures for every day of the week at different times if needed, and very easy to program. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
