He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. Upon returning to my house I discovered the air conditioner was not working. On the recommendation of my son and daughter I called Hometown AC and Clint and Jesse come out within two hour to evaluate the problem. They determined my old air conditioner was toast and arranged for a new system to be installed Monday morning. Since it was Father's day weekend they provided me with a portable air conditioner for the weekend. Their crew showed up on Monday morning and had the system installed within 3-4 hours. They seem to go out of their way to accommodate the client. The crew was friendly and conscientious.
