"I wasn’t thrilled but they were all right. I might have been misled or misinformed or something. I thought they were going to use a fiber optic thing to look at the chimney and everything and let us see if there are any problems but they didn’t. We had somebody come out later to give us an estimate on maybe looking or replacing the line and everything and he said they look really clean. So I guess he cleaned it okay. They came on time and they were clean. He was okay. He was knowledgeable enough I guess. We got conflicting opinions from what he said and what somebody else said. When he said we needed some work done to our chimney, he said they didn’t provide that kind of service. That was a little disappointing because whoever came out couldn’t provide whatever we needed to correct whatever deficiencies he found."
