"Frontpoint great in selling me my new security monitoring system and they gave me a great discount. I needed to install this system myself and they were also very helpful in helping me when I was making mistakes during installation (guess what? it seems that the numbering of the sensors does matter!). But it is the billing where they are falling short. First of all, you need to keep a credit card on file with them - let's hope that they do a good job at protecting my information. Second, when I added my bank account info so that they could just debit my checking account for my monthly service charge ($44.99), they completely botched that up. They called me to tell me that my credit union denied the payment but when I called my credit union, they told me that no attempt to debit my account had been made. Ultimately Frontpoint charged my credit card for the April payment (which is actually unacceptable to me). My credit union advised that I was better off using their web bill pay system but it seems that I am unable to do that. My only choice with Frontpoint is to give them my credit card and bank account info so that they can charge my account each month - there is no way for me to send the money myself. Last thing - I was not actually able to talk to someone from Billing - only was able to talk to a "customer service rep" who could not explain what really happened. Let's hope that the May payment goes better..."

"Two young men showed up. On time. They were professional and pleasant to work with. They mounted TV. They offered to connect my sound system that I have been wanting to connect by myself for over two years now - but it never makes it to the top of my to-do list. At a cost of course. They made an outlet in the wall - extra charge (okay, this happened before mounting TV). And then I got a couple of things from them - HDMI cable and surge protector for the new outlet. They connected everything and synced on the remote. Just a word of caution: be sure to have cash. I had prepaid and needed to pay for the extra things that my small brain hadn't thought about. Paying with a credit card = charge fee.
