"Two old shower pulls were hard to work and one leaking profusely. Also, water heater not making lots of hot water and 12 years old. Asked for a flush and recommendation for replacement. Tech showed up on time and ready to work. Rebuilt pulls quickly and knowledgeably. Attempted to flush water heater but too far gone. Showed me work done and patiently listened to and answered all my questions concerning replacement options. Gave me a good deal on new water heater and was available and ready to install same day. Completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tech (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) was professional and courteous and worked efficiently. Prices are fair and their use of a standardized pricing guide eliminated any feeling that they were pricing on the fly. Two thumbs up."

"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend Cass for your plumbing needs. Richard was prompt, personable and qualified. Customer service is great!"

"I highly recommend Patriot Pump and Well Repair to all in need of their services. Our water pump stopped working at 1pm on a Sunday. And we got on the phone and started calling numbers left and right. Everyone else either had answering services, voicemail and I had one company tell me they wouldn’t be able to come out until the following day even though I told them we didn’t have running water in our home! "This repair was a few years ago and has held up fine. The water service line from the water meter to the house was broken and leaking bad but no leak was visible on the ground. They found where the leak was, under the driveway, and replaced the water service line. They re-routed the line to a better spot and removed a non-functioning water softener and left that connection in place."
