I was promptly contacted the following morning by an incredibly pleasant, polite, and professional receptionist/scheduler. I was given a service window of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The plumber arrived at 7:57 a.m. and completed the diagnostic and repair and replacement services, in a workmanlike manner, by 8:50 a.m. The plumber was very competent, pleasant, polite, professional, and respectful. "Can not say enough great things about this company. We were finishing our basement and ran into multiple problems with a previous contractor. Jason and his team came in and troubleshot everything m, discovered what was wrong and basically had to tear every out that the previous contractor had screwed up at what I think was a great/fair price. Jason and his crew explained everything in detail and even taught me somethingâ s about electrical work included wiring and code so that I could pass the inspections from the city (previous contractors work failed).
