They consistently kept me updated on what was going on and explained everything they were doing in detail. If there was something I didn't understand, they happily explained what they were doing. They are a new company but don't let that fool you. The owner has many years of experience and knows what he is doing. I will only ever use these guys for all of my HVAC needs in the future. The unit was over 20 years old and we knew it was on its last legs, though, it had miraculously to stay working since Jason fixed it 7 years prior (and saved our wedding!). As we expected, we needed a new unit and decided to also replace the furnace. Jason was able to schedule the replacements within a quick time frame, and he worked thoroughly and diligently to ensure that our new units were installed with the utmost care. "Great, they inspected the Gas Furnace and my A/C unit. I was satisfied with the service and was it reasonably priced. I First called them due to my A/C condenser leaking and they blew out the line. I did however had to call them back as my drain line started leaking again, They had to crawl in my crawl space and found the problem. At some point when the new water lines were installed they have removed my pipe hanger from the drain line for the A/C which caused the drain line to sag and would not allow the water to flow as freely as it should. The technician fixed it and made sure that the drain was free flowing. Anderson Heating and Cooling only charged me for the service call which was fair. They did come back out to replace my gas control valve and was even about $60.00 less then the quote given me due to not needing a extra part. So yes, they are honest as well. I would not look for anyone else to service my furnace or A/C unit. Thank you"

"When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."

"My husband and I bought our house in June 2012. The central AC unit has been working fine, but we don't know much about it (first-time home owners) and we've never had it serviced. Portland is in the midst of unusually long-lasting hot weather so I thought it would be a good idea to have it looked it. Our AC unit would also blow normal air after being on for about 6 hours so we wanted to make sure we weren't doing something wrong. 
    I looked at the deals listed, and called around to many places to see how quickly they could come out. All other places were booked out a few weeks (understandable for summer, especially in the midst of this unusual weather). SunGlow was able to come within a few days. I did call them the next day after I purchased the deal as I did not want to wait for them to call me. 
    The technician arrived on-time which was great. He was very polite. He asked what the problem was and my husband explained to him that we are first-time home owners, we've been using the unit but don't know much about it, and that it occasionally blows non-cold air. He was nervous telling the technician that as the tech could have taken advantage of us and tried to sell us something we didn't need, as we wouldn't have known better. That was not the case, however. The technician kindly took a look at our unit and explained many things to my husband that we didn't know. Things about proper usage and how to clean the air filter. The filter was filthy and he told us how often to clean it/change it and showed us where it was. He also let us know that our unit would blow normal air sometimes because the coil that controls the temperature is pretty dirty. My husband asked if we needed a new one, and the tech said no, not for a long time. He told us that we could clean it, but to also put our unit on auto after about 3 hours of running, let it run on auto for an hour, then switch it back to on, and that would let the coil kind of reset it's temperature. That was very helpful to know.
    He was at our house less than an hour but was very helpful. We did what he said yesterday, and I do notice a difference in the temperature already. 
    We will use this company again in the future for any heating/cooling needs.

"We were pleased to see this special since D&R Heating had done the installation in 2008.  Kory was the service tech and he arrived on time.  He was extremely thorough in checking the furnace, heat pump and the thermostats for both of our zones. The heat pump was low on refrigerant. Kory topped it off, checked its operation with the thermostat, checked the furnace exchanges to see if our ducts needed cleaning, and gave us some pointers on our furnace/heat pump operation. We were very impressed with his work.
