"I was told by my precious AC guy that I would need a new unit after he installed a new compactor and it blew. Joseph came in and did some troubleshooting and found the problem. Installed a new connector, fuses and breaker and got me running. He is very through with his diagnostics and he even checked on me later to make sure that thermostat reached the desired temperature! You can tell that he has a passion for his work! He also took pictures and gave me the parts that he replaced. I was looking for someone I could trust, and I have found the guy! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
