Not only does everything look nice, the work was well-done. Drainage is no longer an issue, and the whole process was painless. Dave was professional, walking us through each stage of the job. He also worked hard to keep costs down without sacrificing quality. Dave's men were punctual, courteous, and hard-working. Everyone was flexible given that changes were needed as the work progressed. Dave was able to coordinate the concrete work with that by other contractors so that in the end, the work was done on-schedule. He tries to picture how you will actually live in your house and make the renovations work to help achieve the potential of your home for your purposes.
