He's very perceptive, works at the speed of light and discovered many small software issues which taken together were causing numerous larger problems. My computer had also begun began warning me of imminent failure of the SSD awhile ago. He remotely fixed the software issues, and then came to my home to check for hardware problems. After diagnostic testing he agreed the SSD was on the verge of collapse. He immediately used an external drive to clone everything as a backup. I bought a replacement SSD and called him when it arrived 2 days later. He came back, replaced the drive and tested to insure all functions were operating properly, reinstalled all from the backup. He also made more improvements in software usage. He spent several hours in total and charged far less than I anticipated. Certainly recommend him as first choice for any computer repairs."

And finally he took my brand new Samsung Z Fold 7 and help trouble shoot that phone to get all my MS Emails and calendars and MW Word, Excel and PowerPoint all set up as well...this would not happen if I had to contact Microsoft or Samsung and the T-Mobil store personal had no clue...so in one meeting he helped with ALL software issues which is great when most needed.
