"I contacted Atlas prior to their season starting. They were very informative and professional. They came out and looked at the property and right away told me what parts were viable for mud jacking and what parts needed actual concrete repair. They mudjacked my entire driveway and the sidewalk to the house. They were punctual and professional. The work performed was also very high quality. I am very pleased with this company. "The crew arrived on time as promised and covered up the basement stairs and the utility room walls with protective material to minimize the dust from the concrete being broken up and hauled outside.  Everyone was very efficient and courteous and the entire work area was spotless after they finished up.  <br /> The work was completed on time by 3pm that same day and ever since then there has been no water entering the crawlspace. <br /> I would not hesitate to recommend American Crawlspaces to anyone having a problem with water entering their crawlspace. <br />"

"I wish all the contractors on this basement project were as good to deal with as Family Waterproofing. Throughout the whole process, communication was good. Ken the owner was responsive and patient in answering all my questions and addressing concerns. They prepared a detailed contract of all work to be performed, and did what they said they would. I like that they did an exploratory dig after signing the contract to make sure we had a solid plan and avoid any surprises during installation. There was an area under the basement stairs and an old cistern that required a creative solution. They came up with a solid plan that didn't add extra cost. I asked them to pour some extra concrete under the stairs which wasn't included in the contract, which they did for a good price. The crew was friendly and had a good natured camaraderie on the job. The overall cost was very fair and we received great service and quality. They are honest, care about their customers and want you to be happy. Now I'm looking forward to a big rain!"
