"Dennis installed a new 75 gallon water heater and circulation pump in our home. His price was very competitive and lower than several other bids we got. He communicated with us well throughout the entire process. He worked around our schedule and the installation took only a couple of hours. The new water heater is working perfectly. I highly recommend Dennis and USA Water Heaters."

"My current 10-year 7-month-old water heater from Bradford White developed some issues with the control panel. The cost of repairing the control panel versus a new water heater was a no-brainer. We opted for a new water heater and the service we received from Sam R, a technician for the Water Heater Company was outstanding. He is so meticulous in getting everything done correctly. He kept the work area clean and kept me well-informed on what needed to be done as he worked. I would highly recommend this company. I included the images of the old unit in the process of being removed and the finished project."

"Daniel arrived on time, bathroom tub work was estimated and confirmed to repair to stopped leaking faucets. Also had toilet valve replaced. Very pleased with work done. Will use this service again.?"

"It went very well and all the issues were resolved quickly. Adan was very professional and confident service person. We highly recommended Payless water heater and plumbing."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Water Heater SOS was a lifesaver! When our water heater broke down, they responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed the same day. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Water Heater SOS for anyone needing fast, reliable water heater repairs!"

"I was hoping to get a tankless water heater installed to replace my old tank heater. Phill's staff gave me a thorough itemized estimate, which unfortunately revealed that it would be too expensive to convert to tankless (mainly due to the cost of running a much larger gas line over to where the water heater is), so I had them do a straight-up replacement of my tank water heater. They were prompt and left a clean area behind."

"I recommend very highly. Every service person who worked fixing on difficult plumbing problem were extremely courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!!!!"

"Good. All supplies were provided same day. Free water pressure check and water heater inspection."

"The Service All Stars team of professionals provided an outstanding level of customer care and performance I had not experienced in years. Their attention to installation detail was remarkable. Not only was a new heating furnace installed, a custom fabricated air plenum was created and wrapped with insulation material to perfection. The heating unit cabinet was also neatly insulated and chalked to completion. Stated again, outstanding customer care, performance and workmanship quality. Ask for Ron (manager) directly regarding your HVAC project. He will guide you to the right place with your service needs, all leading to very a positive experience with your project. Highly recommend this group of professionals."

"Luciano and Phill did a great job of replacing our old water heater, installing a water heater drain pan and upgrading our water heater system to current code standards. We requested that they also install some plastic sheets to line the floor and lower sides of the water heater cabinet to protect them from future water damage. When they finished, everything that they installed had a very neat and professional appearance. We will definitely consider hiring them again for future plumbing projects."
