Still, no one ever got back to me, and it is been A month without even an acknowledgment despite follow ups. They are bureaucracy includes something called the “call connect“ system. You get texts with pre-formatted responses saying that someone will call. They never do. It is infuriating. So now I have to ask myself what I got for the $1500 or so extra that I paid beyond the typical pricing. It sure wasn’t the responsiveness that I was promised.
