"The name Aqua Doctor is very fitting for Chris and his team, because it sounds like a super hero and that is definitely what they are! After a brutal week of cold a few weeks ago I went to turn on a faucet to have water shooting out from the pipe. Thankfully I knew where the shut off valve was, and searched Angies List to find a reputable contractor for what I hoped would be a simple repair. The repair wasn’t simple, which made having a true professional like Chris even more important. Not only had one of the pipes under the sink blown out, but Chris and his thorough inspection showed me a pipe behind the wall in the shower was also leaking. Had I tried to fix the pipe myself or hired some novice I doubt that would have been found, which have resulted in leaking in my walls and under the floor for who knows how long before it was found. There unfortunately a good amount of damage, and Chris and his team helped in so many ways but I will just name a few. First, they did work beyond what a typical plumber would do. His crew came in and pulled out tile and opened the walls to get to the leaking pipes. More about that in a bit, but another critical piece was he helped me navigate the confusing and tricky area of dealing with your insurance company. He did what my insurance company didnt seem able to do, which is example to me in simple terms how the process works, and he spoke directly with the company probably 6 or 7 times as the project was moving forward on what needed to be done and why to help get every possible dollar of his bill covered. As the project was moving along and the team had to walls to do the repairs, we learned this part of the home was not built to code. We had plumbing on an outside wall without an insulated wall in between. This meant the proper way to repair it was to move the water lines for the shower, toilet and sink by jackhammering into the concrete foundation. It’s a miracle I didnt pass out when I learned that, but once again Chris took the time to explain to me in simple terms what had to be done, to show me, explain why, and then get not he phone with the insurance agency to get it covered. He even facilitated working with the village inspector to make use all the documentation needed to prove this was required by the village was in place. This along would have been $4,400 out of my pocket if Chris hadn’t been thorough and diligent to working with the insurance. Other contacts would hand me a bill and let me figure it out, but Chris helped me the entire way. His team worked hard and fast to get everything in sorted out quickly, and Chris even connected me with another familiar member who offered to do the additional repairs like drywalling, paint, etc. Chris and his team turned what could have been an absolute nightmare into a relatively painless process and really worked hard to minimize my out of pocket spend. And when the project was over and I tried to tip him for going way above and beyond me didn’t even want to accept the cash so I gave it to his workers. I just cant say enough for Chris and his hard work and work ethic. And if this wasn’t enough to convince you to use Aqua Doctor I will leave you with one more meaningful example. When the village came out to look at what had to be done to comply with code, I could see the relief on the face of the village inspector that I was using Aqua Plumbing because they knew the job would be done right."

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"Overall satisfied with the service I had with those I spoke with from beginning to end. The bathtub was backing up and draining very slow, and when the kitchen faucet was running, dirty water was coming up in through the bathtub drain. The lady I set up the appointment with, sorry I forgot her name, was so kind and pleasant to speak with over the phone. I appreciated receiving a call ahead of time when the plumber was on the way. "Review- 17 Jan 2020 Greetings. I am a new customer and I recently had my heating and air conditioning replaced by 4 Seasons. The initial inspection (done by Juan) indicated that our heat exchanged was burnt out and I was advised to have the unit replaced. We moved forward with the finance company and qualified for a loan to have a new heating and cooling system put in place. I was surprised to learn that the installation was going to be done that same day. The techs (Ronald and Fernando) were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their craftmanship. They explained how the new system would work and showed me where the new gas line and shut off valve were located and also advised me on my water heater pilot light and how to relight the water heater if I ever needed too. The last tech (Randy) showed up to complete an inspection of the work the installation techs completed. He indicated they completed the work without any concerns and was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns and advised me of the warranty and how important it was keeping the system clean each year to keep the warranty valid and in place for the next five years.
