After the installation I had an issue with the unit not heating but with a quick response Gary Javier quickly repaired the heating portion of the HVAC unit. Gary was very knowledgeable at explaining what needed to get repaired, good communication skills, very tech savvy (knows his job)as well as his professionalism. If for any reason I need service again I would recommend Gary Javier for the repairs."

"Our central air conditioner stopped working on Friday a around 5:30 pm. I called my go-to company (del-air) but they couldn’t come out until Wednesday. I tried getting recommendations from Angi, and while one provider called right away, I missed the call. I called back less than a minute later, but got their vm. No one else reached out until later on Saturday. I did a web search on Saturday morning, and got a company that was willing to come on Sunday…but when they asked if the unit was more than eight years old, and I said yes, they offered to come Saturday evening. I asked why, and they said that since I had an older unit, they didn’t want me to be without air overnight. I asked why it would make a difference...I was going to be without air no matter how old the unit was, they said “that’s just the way we do things.” My wife and I talked and decided they would probably just try to sell us a new unit (based on my research between $6000 and $11,000), so we cancelled the appointment. Later Saturday morning, I texted a friend, and she recommended serviceone. I called, and they first apologized that they wouldn’t be able to come out that day…would the next day (Sunday) be ok, between 11 & 1. I said sure, and thanked them. Their technician came an hour early, was incredibly nice, diagnosed the problem, replaced the breaker and the capacitor, told me the capacitor he installed wasn’t optimum, so was going to come out on Monday to put in a better one, at no extra charge, charged me less than six hundred dollars, and had everything done in 20 minutes. I have no way of knowing if the price he charged was fair, but other than that, this was a perfect experience, and I am grateful."

I had a call from them within minutes of my inquiry and then a follow up call scheduling the appointment for Monday. I called them on Saturday. I got a return call that said they would be able to come out on Sunday. A technician was at my home on Sunday to do a detailed diagnosis and then returned on Monday to do a complete replacement of our tankless water system. Additionally, since there was so much work, he returned on Tuesday to complete the job and cancelled a personal appointment to make it happen. I was very pleased with their wok and value."
