"Plumber did a good job, but took almost 4 hours to connect 6 small pieces of plastic pipe. Then used a restrictive pipe for an air gap and water flowed all over everything. The original air gap utilized a 7/8" rubber hose, which was already connected and changed to something that would not work. There was no replacing anything, as all the old plumbing was eliminated and just required new plastic pipe. The time for this job was outrageous for a job that was an hour max and the price? well...785 dollars for this? Never again will we use D and F, this price is outrageous for such a small job....."

"They listened on the phone and repeated my explanation back to me perfectly the first time. That was nice. A very experienced friendly man listened to my story carefully and addressed the issue that stopped me from doing the repair myself. He cut out the broken (old chrome pipe) that led to the cast iron drain. He tried a wrench like I did, then stopped when it was obvious that would never work. Cut out the pipe without causing further damage. He then snaked it out, and we discussed how in the future this pipe should eventually be replaced. Then he expertly put it back together with new parts. Now I can plan long term solution while resuming my daily routine."

They did a look-see in the morning and the underground storm drain pipe repair job I needed done was simple enough that they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. We had to call the non emergency dispatch to see if we could get help turning off the main water valve; it was frozen. "Contacted Henco for service of a Noritz On Demand water heater, and a next day appointment was available. Joshua arrived at the scheduled time. He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe. Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate. The repair cost was in line with other estimates, which, like everything else, has gone up substantially over the years. based on the excellent and prompt service, I'll certainly call Henco in the future."
