They came on time they came when they said they would and that's a big deal when you're working with a contractor. They cleaned up everyday on their way out The house never looked crazy or in shambles. "This company could not deliver any of the work the salespeople promised (e.g., shower pan size, glass shower door, size of simulated tile). Either they do not know what their company can deliver or they are being intentionally misleading to get a sale!! They were difficult to communicate with and they did a lot of scammy behaviors. We just needed our broken shower pan replaced and we could not even get the project initiated after a whole month! They returned my deposit after I told them that they broke our contract by not being able to carry out anything they promised. I was worried I would have to take them to court to get my money back because of how scammy and difficult they have behaved. After getting my refund, I sought out a local, family-run company and had an excellent experience. Bottom line, AVOID THIS COMPANY! And shame on Angi for recommending this company!"
