"Kevin honestly saved our Christmas. Another company had been out and said we needed a new part in order to get our furnace going again. The problem was that the appliance stores were closed for the next 4 days for the holidays. Kevin came and determined it wasn’t a problem with our furnace but rather our thermostat.
