He even made the comment, ?Oh, there is no way you could afford this in cash,? which was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. After being pressured into purchasing a new boiler costing nearly $17,000, her tenants were left with NO HEAT because the job was not completed correctly. A second technician had to come out to bleed the old pipes and stated that the original work was done incorrectly.
