"Fast, reliable, and affordable service. My central AC is running like new after the repair, and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!"

"Superior service. Professional. No issues."

"I had a great experience with G & R Heating & Air! They handled multiple services for me, including repairing my wall heater and servicing my central A/C, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained each step clearly."

"The only time they had available was in the evening so I had to pay double the amount or a regular service call. I agreed to that because the temperature in my house probably around 40°. They gave me a timeframe for service from 5 PM to 9 PM and a service person would call when on their way. I was thrilled that Brett called me at before 5pm. Brett was very professional and thorough. He walked me through what needed to be fixed and prices. Within less than 35,minutes he replaced my broken igniter and answered questions about my desire to replace an 18 year old furnace."

"Juliano and his crew are phenomenal. I am a real estate agent and I have referred him to at least 15 different people and they have all received excellent service. They have also repaired my washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Abt told my clients that their fridge was unrepairable and because the contractor glued it to the quartz countertop, that would also need to be replaced. Juliano and his team were able to repair it and saved me thousands of dollars. They are extremely responsive and get it done right the first time. Highly highly recommend."

"on time, and knowledgeable the technician did the job well. Also, I had a problem changing the furnace filter. The filter was getting stuck when taking it out or installing. He repaired that too."

"I can’t recommend Rich enough. He’s always responsive and is very knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is that he’s honest and never tries to upsell services or repairs you don’t actually need. He takes the time to explain everything, does quality work, and always cleans up after himself. It’s hard to find someone this trustworthy these days, and I’ll definitely be using Rich for all my HVAC needs."

"Phoenix HVAC has been great! I needed maintenance on my A/C having never done any on it for 13 years. Bob was great at explaining all that he was doing and he comped me on a part of the service because they had to reschedule me 2 times due to their schedules getting so busy with the latest extreme heat. Speaking of rescheduling, it's not common practice for them and Maggie, their office manager (and Bob) were extremely apologetic about it. I understood the circumstances. I was not in peril with no A/C and others were, so I was ok to wait a few days from original date. Customer Service was excellent, no pushy sales pitch and quality work! I've already recommended them to my neighbors!"

"I needed to check more services than I was able to. I highly recommend Keith. He has replaced our boiler and hot water heater. He also services these units every year. He also replaced our plumbing in our remodeled bath and kitchen. He has serviced our AC units which is very old and need to be replaced but he has kept them going for us for quite some time until we are ready to replace. Which when we are ready we will use him to do this. He is a full service mechanical technician that is trustworthy and very fair priced. We met Keith through a recommendation and that was the best recommendation we have ever received. We have been using Keith for close to 10 years and itâ s great to know that if we have a problem with anything he will be there for us."

"They were able to send out a tech to repair our AC pretty quickly (within a few days), even though this was during a bout of unusually high temperatures. The tech arrived towards the end of the given arrival window; even though he was still within the window, they called me that day to let me know he would be later rather than earlier, which was nice. The tech diagnosed the issue, and discussed options with me and fixed it (low line refrigerant, possible leak). All that was great, and prices seemed reasonable. The only negative part of the experience is that there was an extra charge to de-ice the frozen interior coils. I could have done that in advance if I knew I was supposed to (the tech seemed surprised I hadn't, or that I wasn't told to). Maybe that's obvious to others, but it's not that big of a deal, just an an annoying extra cost."
