"Unbelievable! Most of the areas look like new floors and this after 11 years of tenants while we were away. Jean and his partner are able to work magic! They treat your home like it is theirs and are so happy to achieve what you hoped, but did not dare believe, could be done. They cost $1900 more than another quote and were worth every penny. I called Jean on a Sunday morning after another restoration company did not show up on Saturday due to broken equipment that would be repaired just after 2 PM. They had scheduled two days. They never called back and would not answer my calls. Jean came for a quote the day I called and scheduled 4 days to 5 days and began on Monday.
