"I called Joe because I knew that I had a plumbing problem, namely, the wash basin next to the washer was filling up with mud when I used the washing machine. I thought it might be a clog in the line. I called Joe, and he scheduled me for the next day. He was up front about the pricing and what it would take to clean it.
