It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. "We had a house fire and needed their services. This service is called disaster mitigation and is a disaster restoration service. They came in to inventory and box all the items in our damaged home. They then cleaned, deodorized, repackaged and stored the items until we were able to move back into our restored home. I am thankful that there are companies that come and do this distasteful chore--items had to be removed from wet, smelly insulation, wet wallboard and charcoal. They were respectful and kept detailed records. We only lost one piece--out of 1000's of items. Our insurance replacement cost dollars covered the cost of this service($70,000)--and thankfully we still had some money left to actually replace items that were lost due to the fire."
