Joey had everything to complete the task the first time and was quite focused in the de-install of old water heater and replaced it with a tankless unit and after he installed it, showed me how to operate it and what to look for if any issues. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

"We recently had Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning come to our house to inspect our furnaces before turning the furnaces on during the cooler winter months and they discovered that both units had gas leaks. The system is 20 years old so it wasnâ t a complete surprise although we had hoped to put off replacing them for about 1-2 years. The technician/ inspector was knowledgeable, thorough and professional in showing us pictures of the worn, damaged furnaces (2). He explained the options for repairs and replacement as well as pricing considerations. In the end we decided to have them install 2 new furnaces and 2 new heat pumps to replace our old AC units. "I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. They came out Sunday morning. Removed the old 75 gallon unit under manufacture warranty and finished the job by late afternoon. ARS did a great job. Morghon Liddel was a real professional.
