A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. "Excellent! Mark Forte, along with his Dad (approx 2010) gave me a quote; within $100 of another local company. Decided to use Forte as I understood his methods and depth of the foundation repair considerably better that the other guys. It was a serious undertaking, took five days. A bit messy as there was concrete dust from the saw, but this was expected. Once repairs were completed, we had a small leak.... within a day his entire crew was out to repair the problem, all at no additional charge. Repairs completed (2010) and basement has been 100% dry ever since! Highly recommend!"

"After some initial difficulty with securing an appointment the tech arrived on time. They were, as many such companies these days very careful with tracking dirt into the house (they wore disposable overshoes when getting into the house) and with cleaning up after themselves.  <br />  The tech immediately saw that the sump pump was defective and gave us the cost for replacement. He also explained why the sump pump had malfunctioned,what he was doing, and how the pump he was putting in was more powerful and would therefore probably last longer than the one in the rain-water reservoir in the basement. <br /> They had some difficulty in getting the new pump to fit onto the existing fittings but eventually were able to get it done in about 1.5 hours from the time that they had first arrived. <br /> The new sump pump is silent and has been working well for the last several months and we are therefore happy with the service and Randall & Sons professionalism. <br /> <br /> <br />"
