"We have central heat, it's like a boiler, and they inspected it and they found that the hot water cut-off part, which is a significant part for operating it safely, was not in good condition. He ordered the part for us, and got it rather quickly, that same week. We like them. They have a provider there, that maintains our type of furnace, which is a Peerless. We like this man, because he knows what our furnace should be like. We've only been dealing with them for, it was last season and the one before.
