"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. Previously on the project we had noticed a periodic odor of gas but no one had verified a source. Keith identified a leak in the area of the furnace right next to the water heater. We had decided to upgrade the furnace and AC and again Keith and his team were able to get an order in quickly, get the install done exactly as committed and fixed the gas leak in the process. Based on the quality of work performed in each case and the expertise of the team I hired Plumbing Tree again to assess an old furnace and AC at my primary residence. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. "I had Tuscan upgrade the electrical service on both sides of my duplex, my tenant and I were both gone so I had the work done while we were out of town. It worked out great after talking with Armondo I had no qualms about leaving him to handle the work while I was gone. As with any project there is always a glitch or 2, we did not pass our inspection the first time around, but they had a technician out the same day to take care of things. On a personal note, one of the technicians tracked some dirt in on my rug and he took it home and brought it back clean I think that is above and beyond. It was a pleasure to work with them. I had this same service done on another property last year and it cost about a thousand dollars more per unit. My overall option is the office staff was very helpful in answering any questions and scheduling inspections the technicians were professional and for a project of this size it went great.
