"Better than I ever expected. Although I signed up for the offer in April, health issues forced me to postpone till late June and Elves was very patient with me. I had assumed that a crew of cleaners would be coming so was surprised when just this young man showed up alone but quickly saw that he was very efficient and knowledgeable about what he was doing. All 24 windows and screens were cleaned in 3 1/2 hours and he took the time to point out a few issues with some of the windows that could use repair. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
