"It went quite well. Thank you."

"Communication before the appointment was great. Service tech called prior to arrival and was right on time. He took his time to ***** the situation and gave his honest opinion on whether or not tankless was a good idea for my unit. Just what I was looking for."

"This is the second time I used this company to replace a worn out central A/C unit and evaporator coil (we have two zones). On both occasions, they showed up on time and within a day or two of requesting service. The men who came out were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I am completely satisfied."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Our part of the country is having a BIG heat wave. There was a high demand for air conditioning servicing. Arron and his assistant, Joe, came and did the needed repairs quickly and left no debris behind. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Cristian from C.G. Refrigeration to service my air conditioning unit, and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment he arrived, Cristian demonstrated a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and technical expertise. He conducted a thorough inspection of the system, quickly identified the root cause of the issue, and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and respectful manner. What truly stood out was Cristian’s attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. He not only resolved the immediate problem efficiently but also provided valuable recommendations for ongoing maintenance to ensure the unit’s optimal performance and longevity. Throughout the visit, he maintained a clean and organized workspace, and treated my home with the utmost care. C.G. Refrigeration has clearly set a high standard for HVAC service, and Cristian is a credit to their team. I highly recommend their services to anyone"

"Air went out on a Saturday. 100 degrees outside. Called several repairmen and no one answered had to leave a message and they got back with me Monday and Tuesday.. Came across Patagonia HVAC. Guillermo he came right out. He is after working for a large air conditioning company he is starting out on his own. Very very knowledgeable, most polite, and he did above and beyond fixing the conditioner. He took down three filters and washed them. He was so reasonable I gave him extra $ 50. Could not be happier and glad to have someone to call day or night. Great service!!"
