"Nathan and his crew were very professional, showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They were always very polite and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. I initially hired Power Builders to perform one job but ended up having them quote and repair three separate issues. Their prices are reasonable especially for the quality. I did have one small issue with the look of a repair to which Nathan came out promptly and fixed without any question. I would definitely recommend Power Builders and would hire them again."

"The new windows are wonderful and a great improvement. I had wanted to do just this set right now not only because I had to but to see the quality of the windows and installation for when I do the entire house later next year. Will definitely use Window World! My cost of $858 included a $300 set/teardown fee and $150 for the required wood replacement. All of this was explained to me when we got the estimate and it was fine because I know this is a cost that would be there where you do one window or one hundred.."

"Mr. Bennett did great work. He arrived quickly to give the estimate. Although his estimate was not the cheapest we had (also not the most expensive), we went with Mr. Bennett because he was responsive to phone calls, answered any concerns we had, and seemed all around knowledgeable and professional. We think we made a good choice. When weather or other obstacles out of his control appeared, he adapted well and got things done quickly. He also was very friendly, did not go over budget, and, most importantly, the final product looks great. <br />"

"Charles is the main man to speak to. He arrived on time from day one of the estimate. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. He returned all my call in a reasonable time frame. The wait for me to get my fence replaced was about a month out.      <br />     Unexpectedly I had to leave town the day they were coming and was unable to be here for the instal. But they were able to install without me here. Charles kept me updated through out the day on how far the project was.(He sent pictures of the fence once it was complete). <br />    If any damage to your sprinkler system happens when installing, they will take full responsibility. This is something the other companies were not offering me. They cleaned up after themselves and left no part of the old fence behind. They set up the appointment for the city to come mark the yard for gas pipes, cables, etc. <br />    This company was the higher end of the estimates I had got. I decided to go with Oak Tree because of there customer service, reviews, videos, and just looking at the work they have done around the area. <br /> <br /> **UPDATE** <br />    There were some issues with a few of the planks. (As well as finding out that the metal poles were just stuck in the ground with no concrete. I was assured by Charles this was normal). Charles came out and marked which ones were to be replaced. A couple days went by and no word from the company, as to when someone would be coming through to replace the planks. <br />     I ending up calling to find out what the time frame would be so that someone would be home and the gate would be unlocked. Charles informed me it normally takes a few days before someone would be out to replace them, from the time he marked them. (Which was fine if a date and time could be set up, I am OK with setting up a appointment). I was told someone would call me with a time frame. <br />     With in about a couple of hours, I had a man knocking at my door from the company. No call, no text, no email, no warning they were going to be coming to replace the planks. We keep our gate locked at all times. What if I had not been home? Would it than be my fault because the gate was locked with no access to the fence? Would I end up having to wait a few more days? <br />    After the man left I went out and looked at the replaced boards. Some were missing nails and another had a huge split in it. If I called I am sure they would come and replace them and put in the nails that are missing. But its no big deal for me to add a nail here and there."

"I called for a quote and they came out promptly.  He listened to my concerns about the leak and inspected the entirety of the roof, not just the apparent problem area.  He thoroughly explained the condition of the chimney and recommended repairs.  We agreed to the work and a date for it to be completed.  They came back out when promised and performed the work.  No surprises, hidden costs, or any nonsense.  Have not had any problems since.  Very satisfied and would definitely call A Classic again. <br />"

FAQs for brick or stone siding: install or completely replace projects in Lampasas, TX

Brick siding offers numerous advantages, including high durability and resistance to harsh weather conditions, requiring minimal maintenance and lasting for generations. It provides natural insulation, enhancing energy efficiency by regulating indoor temperatures year-round. Brick is fire-resistant, improving home safety, and reduces external noise for a quieter indoor environment. Its timeless aesthetic appeal boosts curb appeal and can increase your home's resale value.

Yes, you can add brick to an existing house. One option is to remove the current siding and install full brick masonry, which involves laying traditional bricks with mortar for a solid brick exterior. Alternatively, you can opt for brick veneer siding, a thinner layer of real or manufactured brick applied over the existing structure. Brick veneer is typically more affordable and easier to install while still providing the aesthetic benefits of brick. Both methods can enhance your home's appearance and value.

Yes, installing brick siding often provides a significant return on investment. With an average ROI of around 77%, and some returns exceeding 80%, brick siding enhances curb appeal, energy efficiency, and longevity, making your home more attractive to potential buyers and potentially increasing resale value.

Brick siding is known for its exceptional longevity, often lasting over 100 years when properly maintained. Regular maintenance, like repointing mortar joints, ensures its durability over time. Brick veneer, while thinner than full brick masonry, is durable and can last up to 50 years or more with proper care. Both options offer long-lasting protection and value for your home.

When choosing brick siding, consider your budget, as costs can vary depending on brick type and installation method. Also, consider your desired aesthetic; different bricks offer various colors, textures, and styles to complement your home's architecture. Installation time and complexity are factors, with options like brick veneer being quicker and less labor-intensive than full brick masonry. Additionally, assess the maintenance requirements and durability to select the best option for your long-term needs.

Alternatives to brick siding include vinyl siding, which is cost-effective and low-maintenance and offers a variety of colors and styles. Wood siding provides a natural, classic look but requires more upkeep to prevent weather damage. Fiber cement siding is durable and can mimic the appearance of wood or masonry without the high maintenance. Each alternative has its own advantages, so consider factors like budget, aesthetics, and maintenance when making your choice.
