"Bend was fantastic, he called me shortly after I posted. He was out early this morning and fixed my washing machine. I will be using him for future repairs. I strongly recommend Ben."

"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

Hello, my name is Richard Lozano, a US Navy veteran, a TDLR licensed and registered electrician, providing a variety of services to bridge the gap between a general contractor and specialized professional services to provide affordable home services to those in need. I'm polite, professional and timely. I pride myself in being through, providing detailed explanation of any project, whether a simple, toilet or water heater install or troubleshooting electrical issues in residential and commercial settings. I offer a wife variety of services and have gained my experience through real life application. I work, quickly, safely and with great consideration to my clients property. Rest assured if I'm provided the opportunity to be off service, I'll execute the tasks at hand with care and detail as well as clean. In addition, I take great care of myself, so I'm always ready to take on most any task. I always appreciate the opportunity to be off service and look forward to being of service.

"Not only did he do the job right he had to fix the previous technicians mistakes. He actually came out on a Sunday to repair our washing machine which had been broken for two weeks. With a family of seven that wasn’t helping us. We can’t say enough good things about our experience, friendly, honest,!thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company for your home appliance repairs."

"The tech was amazing! So friendly, fixed my washing machine issue very quickly. I highly recommend this company to fix your washer or dryer."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
