"We discovered we had an animal in our attic late on a Saturday afternoon. I found Buckeye Wildlife online and sent a text to the provided number. The response was immediate. They were there on Monday, racoon removed by Tuesday morning. They provided full service from pest removal, removal of contaminated insulation, cleanup, disinfecting the area, replacing insulation, and closing the entry point to keep the evil critters out!! I met 4 different employees in the process and each was professional and easy to work with. The main person on our case was Jake. That guy was AMAZING. Hard worker, great person, above and beyond!!! I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so."

Inspected and sealed any exterior entry points. Also included food traps. Josh and his team are fantastic, very professional. They communicate at every step of the way. "This is a 2nd review of a Greenix & their technicians. After contacting the office and being told I'd have to pay for the company to come back, I posted a negative review. Two days later I received a follow call from the main office. I also received an apology from the office and I was offered the opportunity to have my house re-serviced. I explained to the manager, I would NOT write a positive review until the services I paid for did what they were supposed to, KILL the large ants! This time 2 technicians came to my house. Matt was a lot more thorough and took his time to explain the breeding, nesting Queen & life cycle of the carpenter ant! The 2nd tech, Boyd searched my back yard and was able to find the nesting/infested area behind the shed. And they used a different chemical that worked extremely fast. I felt much more CONFIDENT with the service and more importantly, I haven't had to take a shower with any ANTS! Thank you Matt & Boyd! I'm sure Jeff Thomas the first technician would have done a great job if he had the same tools and/or training. And Thank you Greenix for NOT charging me for re-service!!
