Everyone involved in the process was very personable, professional & competent, and easy to work with. A few weeks after the installation, we noticed a minor flaw (knick) on the product which Donny was able to repair very much to our satisfaction. He also made an excellent repair of a knick that we had caused a few months later. He is very good at what he does. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind.
