"Lenny and his co-worker were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! I was of course freaking out about the possibility of mold, but he allayed my fears and answered all my questions. He explained the type of mold and then told me that it was a small enough area that I could do it myself. He provided me with detailed instructions about how to proceed safely. He also offered helpful advice about dehumidifying my basement and other little things he noticed, like lint behind the dryer that could be a fire risk. Most unbelievably of all, he didn't charge me for the visit! How often does a contractor come to your house, put your mind at ease, teach you things, charge you nothing, and save you almost $1000?! I can't say enough good things! I would recommend this service to anyone.
