"This was only an inspection and attempt to locate a leaking pipe, and give me repair alternatives. Money is tight so the$130 fee was hard but it can be applied to future work when they come for the repair/replacement. The contact person did not give me an false hopes and waste time that they would come sooner than the appointment. They called when they were on their way to be sure someone was home for the appointment. Will share more when the repairs are complete. The young man was honest and gave me information I expected and did not try to sell or push me into major repairs that would be very pricey."

He also took care of a toilet problem and fixed my leaking kitchen faucet while he was here. He came highly recommended from my neighbor. "We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did. If you face any issue with fire or water damage or need any help regarding other services, I would highly suggest them.
