"I had a spring break on my garage door earlier in the week. I started calling several garage door providers from Angie's list on Friday night. Jim from Advanced responded right away and came out and fixed both springs the next day. Jim Parker (owner) came out himself and did all the work. It took him less than an hour to replace both springs and lubricate the door. I'm very satisfied with the work that was completed and Jim beat all other competitors on price that I called. I would definitely use Adavnced again if i need work completed. <br />"

"Outstanding! Precision Overhead Garage Door did a great job and were wonderful to work with. An actual representative answered the phone at about 9:00 PM when I called. The representative was very helpful and scheduled a technician to come out the next morning. Their technician, Joshua Figueroa, arrived promptly as scheduled. He was very professional, personable, polite, and knowledgeable. He inspected the door and opener then reviewed with me the problems and the cost to repair. He also outlined optional items and costs to help extend the life of the door and new opener. Joshua never tried to pressure me into a decision. Joshua completed the repairs promptly and did a great job. The next time I need a garage door repair I will definitely contact Precision. I can highly recommend them."
