"It was phenomenal. Classy Closets was the ONLY one who answered my request in Angie's List. They called and we made a consulting appointment. He was on time and extremely professional. (Masks due to Covid-19). He let me know that what I wanted was not possible but offered several alternatives. We agreed on a design and he promised it that evening. He did not disappoint and had the offer that evening. I made one size correction and then scheduled the work. I was called twice during the wait period to verify everything was good to go. I was called the morning of to be informed that the installers would be there between 09:00 and 09:30. They were there at 09:20. Extremely professional, efficient and polite. They did an outstanding job Cannot recommend them enough."

"Everything about my experience with Furniture and Repairs was positive. They clearly explained their assessment process and reasonable charge to come out to personally inspect my furniture. They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost. The gentleman they sent out to assess my furniture was professional and patiently answered my questions. The cost of repairing my 6 pieces of mid-century furniture was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work that they did. I couldn't be happier with the repairs. I inherited the furniture, and I was so nervous about substandard repairs, and these folks did an exceptional job. Some of the pieces were seriously damaged - wooden legs broken right off - and you can't tell where the damage was. They came to pick up my furniture and returned it in 2 weeks. I'm so delighted with my experience and I would highly recommend this company."

"Purchased a bedroom set that had to be ordered due the the size of the bed. The bed is a platform style. There was some miscommunication initially regarding the delivery date, the furniture did arrive approximately 4 days after the expected delivery date due to the date the truck left North Carolina. The deliverypersons/installers arrived right on time but discovered a couple of issues once they began installing the platform bed, the slats and the side rails were too short. After contacting the 'boss' the owner showed up at my house. He personally went to Home Depot and purchased the right size slats and platform and had his installers go to the store to disassemble the display bed to provide the correct side rails so I would have a bed to sleep on that night. They then had to reorder the correct rails but upon receipt at the store they discovered they were damaged in shipment. To make it right they offered a refund or store credit. Since I need additional furniture I opted for the store credit. I am verify satisfied by their service and how they made good on the problem their vendor presented them without my needing to ask for restitution. They have excellent quality furniture and Liz will work with you if you don't see on the floor exactly want you want."

"They did a great job. The designer arrived on time and she really listened to what I wanted. She asked great questions, like are these all the clothes that will be going in the closet, she counted all our shoes and made sure how many we had would fit in the design we had. We also had an appt in the design room and that was really helpful to fine tune some of the layouts and design and measurements. Our designer was great to work with and we are very happy with our closet shelves that they installed and months later still fits our needs. We will use them again for other projects. <br />"
