They stand behind their work, no matter what. Above and beyond does not EVEN START to apply. They make it right. They follow-up to make sure it's right. They look to see ""what is going to go wrong"", rather than wait for things to break that ""WILL"" go wrong (and cost you more in the long run). They recommend Preventative Maintenance, not to make more money, but to keep your system up, dependable, and running, and to keep you happy as a long-term and satisfied customer. 4. "Whatever you DO contact this incredible company if you live in Las Vegas. NV and have an air conditioner in your home! I joined a local company "group" that I pay a monthly "fee" to help maintain my heating and cooling. Sadly it is NOT this EXCELLENT company! My situation was the following I was advised by several friends NOT to contact our local power company to have the "FREE" thermostats installed in my recent home purchase as they were cheap and not "smart home" equipment and were poorly rated by many. I therefore purchased the HIGHEST rated "SMART" thermostats which are the ecobee 4. After I purchased the two new thermostats I was so frustrated because the company I made the mistake of joining to help me maintain my homes heating and cooling wanted to CHARGE me a ridiculous service charge to come install my new thermostats! PLUS I had to pay ANOTHER ridiculous separate charge for each one to be installed!?! I was referred to Home Advisor to find a company to install my new high tech thermostats and was contacted by several, and The Cooling Company was the company I selected and was certainly happy with my decision! From the initial contact to the finish of my installation I was amazed at the professional and honest pricing and knowledgeable staff and technicians I had the opportunity to have service my home! I will ALWAYS recommend this wonderful professional and honest company to ANYONE needing heating and cooling services. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 60 years and this great company is the BEST service company for heating and cooling I have ever had do any type of repair or installation in my home! "We are incredibly happy with the new Trane AC systems that we recently had installed. We wanted to replace our existing 20 years old systems with new state of the art technology with an emphasis on efficiency and reliability. Based on internet research Trane is #1 in the market. Again, based on internet research “Johnny On the Spot Air Conditioning & Heating” (JOHNNYS) are rated TOPS in the Las Vegas market by the BBB, Google reviews and Yelp. Our experience with JOHNNYS was GREAT! As a lifelong comparison shopper JOHNNYS was my first call, followed by many other quotes for Trane AC systems and the manufacturer that is generally rated #2 in the market. JOHNNYS was the best deal and the had the best representative/agent (James) that visited my home. Hector (the lead technologist) and his install team did a great job! They were -- on time, quick, always followed COVID protocol and left the work site supper clean. Replacing a split AC system is not a trivial task. For a process that is large/complex/physically demanding Hector and his team, just got started and ground through the process like professionals (that they are). I was particularly impressed by the check list or run-down Hector did at the end each day with his team. I felt extremely comfortable and confident with both James and Hector through the entire process. One added note: “Johnny On the Spot Air Conditioning & Heating” answered the phone on the second ring every time… cannot say that about every company I got quotes from here in Las Vegas."

"They called me on a Sunday to schedule the reschedule the for Monday instead of Tuesday. The technician asked me questions as to what kind of thermostat I wanted installed. He installed a simpler thermostat with larger digital display. Yes, I would recommend them and use them again."

"I hired Steve to install all of the electrical components for a newly built high-end carpentry workshop. The job required 3 x 120V wall outlets for each wall, 1 x 230V outlet for special equipment, and an outside switch for an AC unit to be installed. I was very impressed by Steve's work ethic and the overall work that he did. His work is excellent and it perfectly matched the caliber of the high-end commercial build quality of my shop. He drove all over Las Vegas looking for the correct parts for the job (supply chain shortages) before coming over to spend 9 + hours per day working on the installation. Honest, hardworking, high quality work, with good pricing. I will definitely be hiring MacBride Electric again for any of my future needs."

"Hired them to check my HVAC because my home inspection (Aug 2017) stated that my temperature splits were not up to par. They responded quickly and sent two guys to check out my system. Spent nearly two hours outside and in the attic. Explained and showed photos of issues. Long story short, said my HVAC system (17 years old) should be replaced or they could try to repair. The repair cost was too high ($3200). The replacement cost was provided for a 14 SEER ($9400) and 16 SEER ($11400). Intuitively those costs seemed very high. So I had a few other vendors come out to provide bids on replacement. Those bids confirmed my hunch that the replacement bids from them were very high. That's why I took one star off of the rating."
