"The best & quickest service I have seen. Outside faucet was leaking - I requested plumbers to contact me. Rocky was the 1st one and happen to be in my area and said he could stop by. He did and looked at everything, gave me the quote - I accepted - he fixed on the spot. Rocky was great to work with, he stayed in constant communication with me and answered anything I asked. I know service can't always be that quick, especially this day - but I was very impressed and look forward to working with him on some other plumbing issues and home repairs. "The dispatcher was very professional and friendly. Daniel was my service tech. He arrived on time in a professional uniform and mentioned that he had 16 years of experience. He went under the house to inspect and diagnose the issue. I ended up replacing the cheap Home Depot toilet with a nice TOTO toilet which he had on his truck. He talked to me about my options throughout the process and when he discovered additional issues during the installation, he offered sensible advice instead of trying to push for additional expensive repairs. After the repair/install was completed, he asked if I had any other issues. I showed him my water filter and we investigated the issues with that device. While there, we both noticed it was leaking very slowly. He spent time working to resolve that without charging me any additional fees. Later that day, I noticed that the plastic bolt cover on the toilet seat he installed wouldn't stay down. I am sure I could have stuck a toothpick in there to make it stay, but I decided to call and ask if they could fix it. I felt bad dragging him back out for that, but the dispatcher was polite and said he would be there the next morning to fix it. Daniel came back and replaced the whole toilet seat and didn't seem frustrated about having to return for such a minor issue. He is a real pro. This company has figured it out! Hats off to the owners for finding and keeping great people and for creating a great work culture."

He took a couple of hours coming back so he did not complete the job on the same day and had to reschedule to complete. To this day the kitchen faucet is still leaking. This will be the third time I have had to call them to fix it. I need them to fix what I paid for them to do. I am not going to pay somebody else to fix what they should have fixed.
