Mario looked the problems over and gave us a quote to replace almost all the wood trim, 144 linear feet, with pressure treated lumber and two coats of paint. He explained exactly what would be done. His professional manner gave me the confidence to hire him. He worked his schedule around ours. He started when promised and spent the time to get the job done right. Originally he estimated it would take a day and a half. He ended up spending two and a half days to produce the finished product up to his standards. All the wood, including some pieces he did not need to replace, were caulked and painted to match. He and his crew worked hard in crazy Florida May heat to a professional product for us.
