"The TVs and Surround Sound systems were properly installed, so the job was completed as requested. The Good: David and the crew were very punctual and hard working. They spent the whole day working on the project and everything was working when they left. They even made arrangements to come out on a Saturday (at no additional charge) to accommodate my schedule. The Bad: The attention to detail was lacking. For just over $1500 to install 2 TVs and surround-sound speakers, I would have expected everything to be pretty flawless. Small items like sloppy drywall patching (I had to sand and skim coat all of the patches), dirty hand prints on the newly painted walls, and one of the TV's being about .25" out of level took away from the overall satisfaction with the project. I also felt that they could have been more creative with routing the power cord and Coax for the fireplace - the racetrack conduit did not look good, and ultimately, my wife and I came up with a way to run the cables behind the hollow brick that looked much better. In summary, the work was average, but for the price, I would have appreciated a little better finished product with less work on my behalf."

"I was somewhat satisfied. He showed up 20 minutes late which was really no big deal. The job took longer than what was stated for a total of 5 hours. He did not have enough HDMI cables for all three TV's but overall I am satisfied with his work.

In response to the company's response, They did a great job, was very professional, and I am satisfied with the quality of work he provided, I just wasn't expecting it to take that long.  As for the HDMI cable, that was a miss understand on the type of cables and length I needed for where he was going to install the T.V.s.  Again he did a great job and I would definitely use him again in the future.  I believe our problems could have been solved with better communication.  This was the first time I used this type of service, and I really didn't know what to expect.  Thank you for your feedback."

A 65 inch Flat Screen Roku TV was hung with behind the wall (invisible) wiring for a clean finish and professional look. I could never be more pleased with the professional service AVS Metro rendered. After having a telephone conversation with Allan the owner of AVS Metro (Allan was referred to me by another small black independent business owner just a day before having the work done; Allan called be the next day, the service was provided the same day and Allan himself came out and did the work); who I found to be very confident, impressive (with clear and concise command of the English language) professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and delivered on his word. Allen had his office to call me within minutes of our telephone conversation for procuring an appointment and more detailed information in regards to AVS Metro services. Cecilia was very knowledgeable and confident of the business and services AVS Metro provided along with pricing; without placing me on hold to look up information. During acquiring my information Cecilia scheduled the appointment, Cecilia scheduled me the same day gave me a precise price and time, texted me detailed information that Allan was enroute and have arrived at my home; on time. Allan a young black man arrived at my home with a blanket and tools, wearing a face mask, gloves, shoe covers, and a pleasant professional demeanor; this service was provided during the Coronavirus Covid-19 Third Phase Highest Spike (small businesses everywhere including small black independent businesses are being hit very hard during this pandemic). I am very pleased to support a young black man with focus, determination, professionalism and a good spirit; particularly at this time in our USA and the entire world. I asked Allan if I could take his temperature and he said yes of course. AVS Metro services well worth the price. As I said earlier I could never be more pleased with the services and the customer service skills that I received from AVS Metro. The service alone was much more than I had anticipated; Allan did a Superb job hiding the wiring (including the mess of wiring I had running from all directions) and neatly cutting the drywall, performing the cleanup; honestly I didnâ t recognize my own room where Allan performed his services.
